I'm eating an awesome Zambian lunch of stewy beef with potatoes, carrots and eggplant with rice, African greens (I think kale and onions) and this really super barbecued chicken. Everything liberally slathered over with green chili sauce. Delicious. Thinking about following up with chocolate shortbread cake made by the lunch ladies who set up camp behind the office.
Can hear Charmaine blasting Kelly Clarkson "Because of You" in her headphones across the room. Maybe we have more in common than I thought!
