US news in the "International" section of Indian papers

From the Deccan Chronicle -- having placed over $4.5 billion in purchase orders between 2005 and 2008, Pakistan is the #1 arms client of the U.S.  Extremely relevant news in India, but I wonder how many US newspapers reported on this?
