kimbap

Have been on a Korean/Asian food-cooking kick (kalbi, pahjeon, tonkatsu, etc), but the kimbap-making extravaganza was all Elliott (Peace Corps neighbor). Some photos:

Being 1.5 Asians, Elliott and I took over the key job of fanning, mixing the rice. Also, I'm tan because it's sunny here.

Kimbap-making sweatshop - Mo, Elliott, Brent, and Megumi hard at work. Josh absent because he was jamming to 80's rock hits while deep frying different veggies in the kitchen.

The final product. Note the fresh-squeezed lemonade, which was an excellent post-wiffle ball beverage. Also, the plating would have been much more pristine if everyone hadn't torn into the food before I could yell "WAIT WE NEED A PICTURE OF JUST THE FOOD!"
